Public transport is infrequent, a car is preferable. Palmela Castle is close-by, as is the Arrábida Natural Park. Beaches, Setúbal, Lisbon and the airport are within easy reach.

Les fenêtres (doubles) sont neuves, ce qui permet d'isoler la chaleur, le froid et le bruit. La cuisine est neuve : refaite en décembre 2023. Près de Supermarché, McDonalds, pâtisseries et restaurants. Il est facile, sûr et gratuit de se garer dans la rue. Internet Vodafone rapide.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme de Sesimbra, à l’écart de l’agitation, tout en restant à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, bars, marchés et du pittoresque port de pêche. Idéal pour profiter du soleil, de la mer et de l’authenticité de Sesimbra.
