When we purchased this property in February 2020, the real estate described it as being "cute as a button"! Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area and bathroom, and a sun-drenched covered courtyard. Upstairs there is a large bedroom complete with a Juliet balcony with glimpses of Eaglehawk Bay.
