Direct access to the rail trail and only 35 minutes to both Jay Peak and Smugglers Notch. For the snowmobile enthusiasts, we also have direct access to the trail. This would be a perfect stop! Local restaurants with great charm and just a quick 5 minutes to Lake Carmi. Pet friendly with lots of acreage to explore and hike while you enjoy a quiet farm getaway

Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
