This flat was purpose built to be wheelchair friendly, so warning the benches are low. The granny flat is separate from the main home on the property. A friendly dog and chooks are part of this family. Car parking, Wifi, heating/cooling, and an accessible herb garden. 3 night minimum. Lacabane Retreat - Annex House

Our accommodation is set on 5 acres with bike paths and other activities. 3 kms from town and beaches. Has a decking with bbq area. Netflix available. Very cosy atmosphere fire for your winter break, also light and bright with a Esperance theme for your summer stay. We also have other listings to suit any dynamics on our property. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Esperance Port Beach Cottage

Stay at this newly renovated, centrally located 3 bedroom portside cottage (which has a fully self-contained private studio with king sized bed attached that can be rented also) and is just a five-minute walk to Port Beach, cafes and restaurants. You can hire both the cottage and studio (airbnb.com.au/h/esperanceportbeachstudio) for up to 6 people, or the cottage by itself for up to 4. The house is across the road from a local deli, open between 9am and 5pm, which has great ice creams.

This tiny cozy cottage was renovated in 2024 & now has all the little luxuries to make your getaway the best one yet. 1 Bedroom & 1 bathroom, spacious backyard with a patio & cosy fire-pit area. Rizzo is located in a quiet neighbourhood with just a 5 minute drive to Town central & 5 minute to the Great Ocean Drive with the best beaches. Because of the size & styling of the property, it is only suitable for one or two adults (couples) only.

EcoValley Retreat Esperance Unit 2 *Dog-friendly*

EcoValley Retreat welcomes dogs, along with their human parents, to share our little piece of paradise. Two of our favourite things are Esperance and dogs so it was important to us that our holiday accommodation fitted around this. This beautiful, spacious home is located just 5min walk from town center and 10min walk from the foreshore. The house is perfect for families with children or even just friends or couples. The open living area has plenty of space. The outdoor area even features a sandbox and toys. A house a stones throw away from the foreshore and a small stroll into town. The Shore House feels like a home away from home and the perfect getaway for couples, friends or families. This beautiful house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a fire place, reverse cycle airconditioning in both bedrooms & lounge, front and back yard and a laundry.

The Cosy Corner

Our "Cosy Corner" (granny flat) is located at the back of our property, right in town—within easy walking distance to the city center and the foreshore. It features a queen-size bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a private ensuite bathroom. The studio has its own separate entrance, though the backyard is shared with the main house.
