The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Neben dem Burgweiler Ried (2500 ha) erreicht man in 30 Minuten den Bodensee, Friedrichshafen, Stein am Rhein, Ravensburg, Insel Mainau und vieles mehr. In Wilhelmsdorf sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, und es gibt viele schöne Attraktionen. Gerne können wir Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung geben.

Die 80 qm große 3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines 600 Jahre alten Patrizierhauses in der Altstadt von Überlingen. Der See, die Fußgängerzone und zwei Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das 2017 liebevoll sanierte Haus besticht durch die besondere Lage in der verkehrsberuhigten Luziengasse mit Blick in den Museumsgarten und auf den See.
