Mountain view apartment

Charming apartment on second floor in the picturesque fishing village of Grundarfjörður with good view to Kirkjufell and the mountain rings. The apartment is in centre of Grundarfjörður next to the harbour and close to nice paths by the coastline and to the hills and mountains. The apartment has a living room with sofa bed for two persons, there is two bedrooms one with queen size bed (can also be twinbeds) the smaller room has one bed. Kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom has a shower.

Charming House on the Ocean Front

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

Hella outside town home - Glacier view

Hella is a place that is nice to stay at. The apartment is 120 sqm wich includes three bedrooms, in two of the rooms are beds (160x200cm) and you can see Hellissandur and the beautiful Atlantic ocean out the windows. One of the bedroom has a bunk bed. One bathroom, very spacious living room with panorama view of the glacier Snæfellsjökull and a large equipped kitchen. Things that you can do while you stay here is take a walk to Ingjaldshólskirkja and many other fun thing.

Renovated apartment, close to national park

Newly renovated (2022) apartment in Hellisandur, 2 minutes from the beach and the nationalpark. Two bedroom apartment with good comfort and oceanview. House is equipped with a good kitchen, bathroom and a spectacular view to the glacier and mountains. Varieties in outdoor walking tours to experience the nature. Such as lava, glacier, mountains, caves, waterfalls and old fishing villages. The culture of this region is worth the experience.

A charming country home near a national park

A cozy and atmospheric family country house designed and built by the owners with dedication and love, with additional help from their children and friends. Arnarstapi, is a small fishing village with a beautiful dock where local fishermen keep their boats. The house is situated only a short walk from the scenic cliff side near a beautiful national park with the majestic glacier Snæfellsjökull.

Brimilsvellir small cabin

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.

Spacious totally private cottage by the ocean in the countryside at our horse-farm Brimilsvellir. Great view to the sea, the mountains, our horses and the glacier Snæfellsjökull.
