Situated on such a picturesque block, so nice and quiet, yet a bustling neighborhood with something going on every block and tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite room in the house was the sunroom -- it was a great place to cozy up with your coffee in the morning and watch movies at night! The backyard was adorable too!"

No property is closer to the beach! Huge deck with ocean views, Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks are available free of charge with advance notice. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. 20 min drive to Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beach.
