There is a large very well appointed kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Public transit hubs close by and Bangerter Highway right around the corner. Only 3 miles to I-15. We also have high speed internet and cable T.V.. Plenty of room for entertaining.
