If you are looking for a quiet cabin in the woods, look no farther. This simple cabin is set in beautiful Fern Forest near Volcanoes National Park. Large screened windows and a screen door let the breeze through and give a great view of the forest and access to breezes, birdsong, and the sounds of the coqui frogs. The metal roof with UV shield keeps the cabin cool when it is sunny and allows for the soothing sound of rain when it is not. Cleaning fee and breakfast are included in the price.

You'll walk up a short, forested path to a private keyless entrance with a front lanai sitting area in view of the native forest. Inside, a breakfast nook with ammenities stocked with breakfast items and snacks. A cozy bedroom with a sitting area, a desk area and a Smart tv await you. WiFi and cable are provided. We are just above Kailua-Kona town, and only about 12-15 minutes to shopping, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach and only 20 minutes to the airport. The room is on the 2nd floor of this large 6 bedroom house situated on 3 acres of tranquil Hawaii paradise. Includes fast WiFi, cable and towels. Close to Hilo and Volcano National Park. Our home is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
