Hi there! We are starting to rent out our lovely house with beautiful seaview in a very quiet and peaceful area of Lake Millstatt. You can walk down to the lake in ~10 minutes (few beach options) and here is also a restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. By car you will be in Spittal an der Drau in 20 minutes where there are numerous shopping options. It is highly recommended to arrive by car. 😊 We are looking forward to welcoming you! The location is ideal as a starting point for both summer and winter activities. For skiing, we offer unique discounts on ski passes. Die Wohnung ist praktisch aufgeteilt mit einer Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer, einem separaten Gäste WC und zwei Schlafzimmern. Jeweils mit modernem Boxspringbetten, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Flat-TV. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt zusätzlich über ein Stockbett. Zwei Parkplätze und ein Raum für ihre Sportgeräte wie z. B. Fahrräder oder Ski sind vorhanden.

Deze barrierevrije bungalow is geschikt voor gezinnen, senioren, gehandicapten. Strand en alle voorzieningen zijn door alle gasten van onze huizen te gebruiken. 3 Bungalows totaal voor max 20 Pers. Ook als groepsaccomodatie te boeken. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Bedlinnen, keukendoeken, handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Strandlakens moet u zelf meebrengen. Wasmachine niet in bungalows maar op aanvraag te gebruiken tegen betaling.Door vernielingen wordt borg € 250 euro verlangt.

Haus Otis is a 2 bedroom holiday apartment located at the top of Alexanderhofstrasse in Millstatt. From here the apartment offers fantastic views of both lake Millstatt and the Carinthian Mountains. It is a fantastic area to visit all year. Winter allows for skiing in several nearby ski resorts, Summer is where the lake becomes the main attraction, and hiking is available all year round.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Am Weissensee in Kärnten, umgeben von den Gailtaler Alpen liegt das Landhäusl in Neusach. Das 90m² große Häuschen liegt etwas erhöht, ruhig, sonnig, jedoch nicht abgelegen. Bis zum hauseigenen Badestrand sind es ca. 300m. Zwei Kajaks, ein Stand Up Paddle und ein Floß sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen Badespaß. Der Strand ist kindgerecht, das Wasser ist am Einstieg nur ca. 80cm hoch.
