Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling.
