Whether you are coming to visit the KC Metro area or looking to get away from the city, we have you covered. Located just off of I-49 highway, we are less than 30 minutes from the Country Club Plaza, Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadiums, and Downtown Kansas City.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

The Cabin

Enjoy a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher & an outdoor fire pit. Private access to pool (staying guests only) , basketball court & a regulation pickleball court. Just 5 miles from the Bourgmont Winery & minutes to the Overland Park Arboretum. Kid tent party option , additional cost per guest. Horses do roam the open field.

The design and function in this home has been a labor of love. Inspired by our family we've created a space that accommodates many and welcomes larger families or groups of friends that are seeking an all inclusive getaway. Peaceful being on an acre surrounded by nature where the nighttime stars light up the sky. A shipping container pool keeps you cool on hot summer nights, activities for young and old to include grilling, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball goal and a trampoline.

Dairy Barn Loft Apartment

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Former dairy barn hayloft converted into adorable loft apartment. Enjoy extreme peace and quiet. 20 minutes south of shopping and some of the finest restaurants the Kansas City area has to offer. This dairy Barn offers Wi-Fi, full size appliances, washer and dryer, two flat screen televisions with Roku. King size bed and queen size hideaway bed couch. Studio Guest House

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
