Bienvenue dans notre nouvelle co-propriété dans l'un des endroits les plus recherchés de Sunday River Ski Mountain ! - Accès supérieur aux sentiers (nous sommes juste au-dessus de l'intersection des sentiers Wildfire et Roadrunner, vous pouvez donc accéder au logement depuis presque tous les sommets !) - À quelques pas de la piscine extérieure chauffée et du complexe de jacuzzi de la communauté ! - L'espace de vie s'étend sur trois niveaux, y compris le vestibule parfait au niveau inférieur, avec un accès facile aux skis. Les skieurs et les cavaliers sérieux vont adorer, et nous avons hâte de vous accueillir !

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
