Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience.

When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets or one infant may stay upon request, and when added to the booking.

A lovely lake-side cottage waiting to provide you with a blissful and relaxing time away. The house sits on a quiet street only metres from Swan Lake. Swan Lake is a holiday dream, with quiet beaches that are just perfect as a launching place for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Kids love the white sand, the climbing trees and the gentle water. Cudmirrah Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers great surf. The cottage is small but finished with high-quality linen and cooking items.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
