It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Bright and comfortable modern apartment, just 10 meters from the restaurant, few steps away from the beach and with amazing view on the sea and the city, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Iznajmljuje stan sa jednom spavaćom sobom, ukupne veličine cca 38m2 +16 m2 terasa. Stan je na drugom katu nase obiteljske kuće, pogled na velebitski kanal je fantastičan, vide se otoci Krk, Rab, Goli otok, Prvić.. U blizini smo parka prirode Sjeverni Velebit.
