A great base to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk coastline, the Norfolk Broads and the historic city of Norwich. Cornerstone is homely and has a cosy interior, with comfortable beds, a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with log burner, private courtyard, utility area, garage, travel cot and highchair. Bishy Barnabees is our 1 bedroom lodge, with 1 spacious Double bedroom and an additional Double sofa bed in the lounge. Our warm and cosy lodge is kitted out with mod cons, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are situated in the small hamlet of Drymere, amidst the beautiful Thetford Forest, in the heart of Breckland, ideal for country walks, birdwatching and cycling, and perfectly placed for exploring the wonders of Norfolk. (our local is just a 40 min amble through the woods).

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.
