The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Historical Heritage Listed Mill and smallholding

The property is part of an English Heritage Listed water mill that used to grind corn ,and this part used to be the Millers' home- the host lives next door in the converted mill.Sadly the water wheel long gone,but the mill pit survives and sympathetic renovations ensures the character of this unique and lovely ancient building remain.If you love quirky old buildings with antique furniture ,stone walls and beams- and friendly sheep,this is the place for you!-( 4 people max.)
