The old town streets are charming with a traditional English inn dating from the 1580s just round the corner.

A small, former fisherman’s cottage (ideal for 2 to 3 people) dating back to mid-1800s, Sea Sprite is just one minute away from Deal’s High St, seafront and pier. Located in the heart of the historic Conservation Area, the three floor property has been furnished to create a comfortable, cosy environment. (It should be noted that the stairs to the first and second floor are steep and narrow, with the bathroom on first floor). It’s the perfect base to explore the South East Kent coast.

Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

A comfortable and stylish cottage in the heart of Deal, this little place is full of charm, colour and light. Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

A 17th Century Kent Barn, beautifully refurbished, light and spacious, located close to Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury and the Kent coast. Fox Barn features 5 double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate shower room and downstairs toilet, dining area, lounge with Sky Q and 43" 4k TV, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and a conservatory backing onto the patio. Fox Barn has 3 off-road parking spaces, and the garden backs onto apple orchards, perfect for walks from the property.

Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. High spec kitchen with coffee machine. The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.

Modern two bedroom house in Margate town centre. Dog friendly. Spacious living room with dining table, smart TV and large comfy sofa bed. Separate kitchen with breakfast bar. Upstairs is a double room and second room with bunk beds. Plus bathroom with a shower. Front patio with evening sun to enjoy a sundowner. 10 minutes walk from the station, very close to Dreamland and the High Street. 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurant, the Old Town and Turner.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

Rose Mews Central Broadstairs

A quaint mews cottage in the centre of Broadstairs. Minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. This small, well-equipped cottage really could not be closer to the hustle and bustle of this tourist hotspot. Recently redecorated to a high standard with an array of amenities to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a small terrace, garage and forecourt for parking. There is also self check in for your convenience.

Kent Coastal Seaside Retreat

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
