Welcome to historic tree-lined Woodbridge, one of Detroit’s vibrant gems! The Victorian home, built in 1908, has been well cared for, meticulously renovated, and aged gracefully. This garden-level private studio is a modern addition to the home. Within walking/ scooter distance are Wayne State University, Woodbridge Pub, Midtown Detroit, and Motor City Casino. Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.

Perfect for relaxing visitors or working professionals. There are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, closet and drawer storage. The grand room and kitchen are fully equipped just like home. The deck and yard space are available for fresh air fun and entertainment. There are 2 parking spots on site.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
