For something a little different then this is it! A floating Restaurant/Cafe, only accessible by water taxi. It’s a must to pre-book but a real treat and offers locally sourced produce. Previous guests have commented that it was a highlight of their stay. (NB: Seasonal). T: 07761 116103

Book well ahead for this one. Your dining experience takes in a boat ride out to the floating restaurant in the middle of the Exe Estuary. We've been a couple of times. Always a treat

This multiple award winning floating Gastro Shed has to be one of our favorite places to eat. A truly unique dining location, the River Exe Cafe is situated on a floating barge just off the water-ski lane on the River Exe. With a special emphasis on seafood, the café uses the freshest local food, maximising the use of some of the finest food & drink producers in Devon. The Specials Menu changes daily according to what is available from the market and the local fishermen. Open from 1st April until the 30th September.
