This is another good place to stop. It's not fancy but the food is pretty good and it's only about 11 miles and a 15-minute drive straight down Hwy 109 from the Ocean House. It's frequently crowded and you may have to wait a few minutes to get a seat. Every Friday they have a Prime Rib special that's quite a draw. It starts at 4 pm, but you would probably need to get there early to beat the crowd. I had the steak with grilled onions and mushrooms once and it was very good, as was a French dip sandwich recently.

This is a famous biker bar near the beach in Copolis. They have good food and pool tables, beer garden outdoors with live music in the summer on weekends, great prime rib on Fridays. In all honesty, I have seen few bikers there. It's just the history. Clean and ok to take kids in to eat.
