Homestyle is the main goal here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is always good and the decor is interesting to say the least. The coolest small town place to grab a bite within a 2 minute drive from The Prospector.

Worth a trip, in and of itself (check out the mile-high homemade cream pies; homemade cakes & berry pies; hand-cut fries; and hand-formed beef burger patties), but a stop at Trudy’s is a must if you visit The Springs Resort; explore Idaho City’s historic past; or enjoy the many hiking/mountain biking trails in the surrounding area.
