One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle, the Harvest Vine is owned by a Spanish couple and serves amazing Barcelonian tapas accompanied by the best Spanish wine selection in the city. Limited seating so reservations are recommended.

Small spot beloved by locals. Basque-themed small plates, excellent Spanish wine list, and memorable dishes. Try the pimientos de padron if they're in season!
