• Deep in the heart of Bukovina, in Vama, we are waiting for you to see the most varied and numerous collection of dyed and decorated eggs in Romania and one of the most important ones in Europe at once. The museum is also helpful to discover the traditions from the area and the art of decorating the Easter eggs. Inside the workshop you can also decorate eggs yourself directed by the teacher Letitia Orsivschi, who is going to explain you the hidden symbols of Bukovina. The explanations are given in the main international languages (English, German, French). Dacă doriți să descoperiți tradițiile și obiceiurile meșteșugărești bucovinene trebuie să faceți o vizită la Muzeul Oului. Acesta se află în localitatea Vama, situat în apropiere de Gura Humorului și adăpostește cea mai mare colecție de ouă încondeiate din România și una dintre cele mai importante din Europa. Muzeul adăpostește peste 3000 de ouă, din întreaga lume. Acestea sunt lucrate în diferite tehnici și pe diferite tipuri de suport, precum: coajă de ou, lemn, ceramică, porțelan, piatră sau sticlă. De asemenea, aici puteți admira și o colecție de ouă rare, provenite de la diferite animale și păsări. În plus, în atelierul de pictat ouă veți putea învăța cum să realizați chiar voi un astfel de exponat.
