You have opportunity to learn about preparation of top quality olive oil, variety of chesses, fig, prune cake and traditional sweets. You can taste it and purchase if you want. There you can learn about Dalmatian cultural heritage through ethnovillage (also visiting traditional stone house) which represent every day of tipical Dalmatian family. Variety of homemade specialties in their restaurant (meat and potatoes under the lid wooden baked, special pasta, lavander cake etc.) make this place unique and unforgettable.
