Doming's is one of Cebu's premiere ngohiong (Cebu-style spring roll) places. This nearby restaurant is their main and oldest branch so it's not their cleanest one. Therefore, I recommend take out. Their ngohiong and native fried chicken are a must try and well known by Cebuanos. If you're confused why there are two ngohiong restaurants right beside each other (Doming's and Cheng) serving the same food, it's because the owners of Doming's are currently involved in an internal family dispute over the business and one member decided to open a separate store.
