This park right in the middle of downtown features the best views of the arch, the old courthouse and all of the other historic sites. This is a popular gathering place before many St. Louis games and after a big win. If you park around here, you can walk around and site see.

Newly rehabbed, Kiener Plaza is a great place to relax and hang out. Great views of downtown.
