Gorgeous settling on the banks of the river Thames. Very popular during the day for watching the ducks & swans paddle by.. c.20 mins walk from the flat going along the river path on our side of the river (turn right before the bridge onto the river path and keep going!).

Great Pub, right on the river, with a Beer Garden that gets interesting when the tide comes in. great outdoor atmosphere and good food.

The White Swan is one of the best pubs on the River Thames and has been sitting there since 1690. It gets very crowded on rugby days. Evening Standard Pub of the Year 1997. Beware of the regular incoming tide - the road and lower level is prone to flooding adding to the punters' fun.
