A little hole in the wall, Cafe Lounge feels as if someone's garage has been converted into a hang for friends to enjoy music, comedy and open mic nights. Which is pretty much what it's about. It's rustic, relaxed and fun. Nothing fancy but always a great DJ and interesting line-up of events nightly. Check their website for what's on. You can get food there too, but it's fuel rather than anything fancy.

If you want to venture out of Bondi, Cafe Lounge is great. There's lots to do in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst area and this is one of our favourites. Low 302 across the road is also great.

Stop in from 8pm on a Monday for Comedy Lounge. It's only $10 and such a good night out. I would recommend getting there around 7pm and having a drink beforehand so you get a good seat.
