Since time immemorial Xwaaqw’um Village has been a vital source for local First Nations to harvest shellfish, plants, medicine and animals, and serves as a significant landscape for cultural and ceremonial purposes. Take a walk to appreciate the ecological beauty and give thanks to this First Nation whose land we live on. Please consider a visit to this scared place or stop by their local stand at the Saturday Market and make a donation.

A beautiful little bay. There is a government dock, a quiet beach to walk and a very popular hiking trail which I highly recommend.

One of our favourite spots to take in nature. Giant tree canopies make it a great refuge from the rain.
