This is my all time favourite restaurant in Cape Town - a little pricey, but worth it every time! Pro tip: skip the mains and feast on a variety of small dishes from the mezze tray with Anatoli's homemade bread.

Excellent Turkish food - skip the mains and just have a delicious meal made up of excellent mezze and Anatoli's own bread. Save space for a dessert, it's well worth it!

This Turkish restaurant is a Cape Town institution. The food is absolutely delicious and the historic venue with its warm colors and double volumes creates a great ambience. The waiter will bring you a massive platter with mezze (tapas) to choose from and order. We often forego the main course and…

“Lion's Head a mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Lion's Head peaks at 669 meters above sea level. The peak forms part of a dramatic backdrop to the city of Cape Town and is part of the Table Mountain National Park. Take a short 30 min hike to the top for some magnificent views of Cape Town. A very popular hike done for sunset/ sunrise. ”

Plaza
“You cannot visit Cape Town and not visit one of its oldest markets, set on a cobbled square between Short and Longmarket Streets. Greenmarket Square square dates back to 1696, the year when the first Burgher Watch House (Now the Old Town House) was built. This is where Capetonians have been buying their clothing, jewellery, sandals, crafts and nick-nacks for years, and, whilst the face of the market may have changed a little - African curios now predominate - there is still an exciting buzz as well as evidence of the city’s most colourful and eccentric characters.”
