Lovely castle with restaurant and cafe. During summer you can take a swim in the beautiful surrounding area (great for small kids). During December we could really recommend the cozy Christmas market.

The closest castle and also the place where the hosts got married back in 080808. Perfect for scenic walks along the ocean and a paradise for romantic castle fans.

Tjolöholm Castle is Sweden’s leading Art and Crafts property. The castle was built between 1898 and 1904, and is a mixture of 16th century English architecture combined with all the modern comforts from the turn of the century. Surrounding the castle is a formal garden, which slowly transforms into natural English style parkland. Public tours take place every day during the summer season, and every weekend the rest of the year. Visitors are shown round many of the castle’s 36 rooms. Group tours in English, German or French can be booked year round.

A beautiful castle with lovely surroundings. There are walkpaths for hiking and we recommend a visit inside the castle and its gardens.
