Nasi briyani is a wholesome rice dish made with basmati (a kind of high quality Indian rice), and is particularly infused with spices. Hence, the distinctive taste about this dish is attributed to its aromatic smell and rich flavours. This rice dish is usually complemented with pickled cucumbers, hard-boiled egg and meat dishes (mutton or chicken) and is drenched with all sorts of curry gravy that soaks your rice perfectly well. Excellent Nasi Beriani. Authentic traditional recipe. Each dish is cooked to aromatic perfection. Highly recommend the mutton curry, the ayam masak merah, ayam madras among many others. A must try place.
