This place is kind of touristy and not that cheap. there is a restaurant and a buffet, where you can grab a drink. I suggest it because is a gyratory restaurant at the too of the Marriott marquis, and in 45 minutes you will have a panoramic view of the city from above... views are stunning.

At the top of the Marriot Marquee, The View is a bar/restaurant with a view to match it's name. The room is circular and rotates 360 degrees every hour, giving a complete view of the Manhattan skyline
