The National Mall is basically Washington DC’s backyard – it’s a grassy lawn where visitors and locals hang out on sunny days. Full of world-class museums (we’ll get to this later) and fun festivals, the National Mall is the center of many activities in the city.

I can't list all the monuments and museums on the National Mall, but trust me, there is PLENTY to do and see when you get there.

This a great a place to take pictures, ride bikes, go jogging etc. Highly recommend visiting!

I highly recommend spending some time at the national mall at night. The Lincoln and Jefferson memorials are especially breathtaking.

The pennacle of of D.C tourism. Enjoy sitting on the lawn of mall to have a picnic or playing catch with the little ones. Walking distance to most of the outside memorials such as the WWII and Vietnam memorial.
