¼ mile from here, it brings you down to a 1.2 mile long lush, forested ravine with small creeks. This is a great place during the hot summer days.

Cowen Park is connected to Ravenna Park and together they create a wonderful green belt where you can enjoy green spaces, hiking trails, ball fields, and play areas.

The Ravenna Cut, accessed through Cowen Park at Brooklyn & 62nd, is a wooded path that feels like you have escaped the city. Hike down the path and feel like you've escaped to the mountains.
