[Monterey] This historic town is adorably quaint. Most shops and restaurants are not cheap. Walk down the main boulevard down to the ocean.
A quiet and serene oceanside city, great for one-day trips. Be sure to bring a jacket, as it can get a bit windy.
There are tons of shops restaurants and 20 tasting rooms to choose from. My favorite wine tasting spots are Caraccioli Cellars, Dawns Dream, and Galante. My favorite restaurants are A.W. Shucks, Demetra, Yeast of Eden, and Biciclette.
Can get super crowded, but worth a stop in the off-season. Absolutely gorgeous beach.
Absolutely adorable and quaint little village full of storybook cottages, charming shops, delicious food, and the most beautiful beach you can imagine!
