Park near here for access to the preserve, without the hassle of parking at Steps - incredible tide pools for the kiddos, and better parking options than at Steps Beach -- though you can easily walk to Steps for each snorkel access. You can also snorkel the reef here, and can swim all the way to Steps and walk the beach back.
