Going to L.A. you might as well come and visit. Many old shops and many new. Right next to little Tokyo.

Chinatown is a festive destination for dining and shopping. Pagoda-style buildings with red lanterns house traditional Chinese restaurants, dim sum houses and bakeries, plus specialty grocery stores and gift shops. There’s also the temples, small art galleries and dark bars.

Not much to see except a bakery, cheap items, and an anime toy store. Highly suggest checking out Little Jewel of New Orleans though. This place is mostly popping during Chinese events.

Take the train into Union Station. Change to the Metro Gold Line and be in Chinatown in five minutes. Lots of places to walk to, gift shops and Asian restaurants with authentic flavors of the Orient to experience.
