An alternative to Mc Coll's at New Hedges, needing a short car journey, is the Co-Op down the hill in Tenby. Its open 0700 to 2200 most days and has fresh bread, an off licence and is a small supermarket style shop. From Castaway go back to the main road and turn right following the A478 down to the mini roundabout in Tenby. Turn right here and stay on this road as it takes you down a hill into Tenby. As you get to the bottom of the hill look out for the Co-Op on your right. It has a small walled car park where you can usually get a space.
