You can always find families,individuals or friends working out together, doing a picnic or just hanging out. It's quite scenic and but so close to the city. You can see the beautiful skyline from downtown from some parts of the lake. There is a path dedicated for people or cyclist to walk or bike around the lake. The best part about visiting White Rock Lake is that it's free! The White Rock Paddle company rents kayaks and Richardson Bike mart rents bikes.

The best dog park in dallas! With huge spaces to run, a small dog section, and a swimming section. We love it.
