Overlooking Paris: Go to the top of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful view of Paris. You have about twenty minutes to be there if you take line 12 of the metro (station Abbesses).

The gorgeous white basilica overlooking the city of Paris. My favorite time to go is early (around 7 or 8 am), before all the tourists arrive, and watch the city wake up.
