A personal favorite! Though the Maastricht Bassin (Harbor), offers a majestic atmosphere to wine and dine, this restaurant is #1 if you consider yourself a fish lover. Make sure to dress up a tad, no suits or posh attire required. However, going there while wearing worn of jeans and a hoodie might make you feel out of place. Price class: $$
