The creators conceived the idea of a unique place of its kind, especially aimed at bringing together Antioquian families around a very paisa dish: the Mondongo (tripe soup); and they built a concept with such good results, that in a short time it was projected as one of the most recognized restaurants of typical Antioquian food in the city.
