라페스타가 1세대 복합문화 공간이였다면 웨스턴돔은 2세대 복합문화 공간이라고 얘기 할 수 있다. 여러 상점들과, 음식점, 영화관 등이 있으며 MBC 일산제작센터가 바로 옆에 있어서 촬영하는 모습을 심심치않게 볼 수 있다.
