I recommend also this restaurant for the food, beer and the atmosphere. For lunch, you can also find there really good offers! It is located in an wonderful old building and I think, it really deserve to be included in your agenda! It is like 10' walk in distance from my studio.

Why locals love it? First of all, it is the story that attracts: the place is an old house belonging to the Magda (aka Elena) Lupescu, the mistress of King Carol II of Romania. Secondly, the building is representative for the Neo-Romanian architecture style. Thirdly, the food is excellent.
