Family owned and operated cafe with a warm feel. The breakfast omelets are the best and are big enough to feed 2 people!

One of my favorite San Marcos restaurants, it's on the square so there is so much more to do and see while you're there.

all the locals have breakfast here and read the paper. Old-timey place on the square. Know what a flat grill is? that's what they cook on...

A downtown favorite, Cafe on the Square is just what you'd expect from a hometown cafe. We love the casual atmosphere and friendly service. Whether you're in the mood for pancakes and eggs, grits and coffee or migas, they've got it all! There's something on the menu for everyone!

I enjoy there breakfast tacos or migas. All the food is good and it is a popular place. Sometimes the service can be slow, but plenty of people watching to help the time go by. A local hangout.
