Beautiful building on the other side of Hagley park, close to city centre. International class of gallery! Down the road from the museum.
Hosting local and international art exhibitions, the building is worth a wander about. The Gallery shop contains an eclectic selection of giftware.

“Willowbank is a local zoo/petting zoo. Its not the cheapest place to go (If you are around for longer its definitely worth to buy a year pass) but an awesome experience. You can feed and pet lots of animals and even see a Kiwi bird in real life! If you are lucky you may also be around for a Haka dance (Native Maori fighting dance) which locals present there occasionally.”
