It's the definition of a 'hole in the wall' kind of restaurant.
Run by a Chinese couple, they serve delicious Asian dishes and common Danish beer - the best combination.
Inside there's no more than fem small tables, so make sure to make a reservation to book a table, if you don't feel extremely lucky (+45 38 89 88 18).
A must try is the noodles with beef roasted in pepper and a bit of chili on top (they changed the menu recently, but I believe it's around no. 52-55 on the menu now) - remember to ask for it without sauce. Probably the best dish in the house.
Order several dishes and just share them between you.
This is probably the most low key and relaxed place in Vesterbro - perfect for a day out, where you just wanna talk and share stories.

If I had to choose two pieces, I would choose the chicken salad (Danish expression for chicken in a mayo and sour creme mix) and the potato.
Get a Sports Cola to drink, and you won't get a better Danish lunch.
Dyrehaven is open from 8.30 in the morning to 2 AM in the weekdays and 9.30 to 2 AM at night in the weekends.

This is my absolute favourite bodega in Copenhagen. With no music allowed it's always buzzing from people's conversations. The interior is a classy middle class bodega and it has been that way since 1916. First timers might want to try their 'Slow Beer' draughts, which are made from beer foam being poured into the glass ending up in a perfectly cold but flat beer. It's an interesting experience, but rarely would you be keen on drinking more than a small pint of it.
Smoking is allowed in the bar, and cigars can be bought from behind the counter.
This is where the good people of Vesterbro and Frederiksberg meet up.
They are open until 01.00 Sun-Wed, and 02.00 Thurs-Sat.

A brilliant cocktail venue, where the interior decorating is a modern take on the classy 1960's. The service is absolutely recommendable and so are the cocktails.

'Copenhagen Mall', it's getting better every year and can often replace a trip to the walking street (Strøget) in inner Copenhagen. Lacks soul, but the shops are there.
