Westgate is where the hockey & football stadiums are located. There's a movie theater, bars & restaurants, nightlife, piano bar, electronic bull riding & plenty of shopping. It's great for families, during the day. There's a Cabela's & a Casino across the street. Also, an outlet mall. Plenty of shade & places to sit. They have live bands playing in the evenings, sometimes.

Cave Creek has it all. You can do everything from hiking to horseback riding. This town has a feel for the old west. Great food, specialty shops, biker bars & Bull riding on Friday nights. They even has a steep rocky incline at one of the bars, for Jeep enthusiasts to show off their power. Bike week is held there every April. The town has a small town quaint feel to it & the view are incredible. It's worth just taking a drive through.

Tempe town lake is great for bike riding, canoeing, taking a stroll. There's concerts & art shows & all kinds of fun things to see and do. Within walking distance from ASU Stadium, restaurants and shops.

Get in a round of golf. The club house is right around the corner. They have great summer specials. It's a tough little course, with plenty of water holes.
